Funeral services for Winter Calvert Cullen III of Mappsburg will be conducted from the chapel of the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon at 1, with The Reverend Carrie Talbott officiating. Private interment will follow in the Fairview Lawn Cemetery.
