LAUNCH SCRUB Today’s sounding rocket launches have been scrubbed due to high winds. NASA said they were evaluating weather conditions for a launch attempt on Feb. 11. There will be no livestream and the visitor center won’t be open for launch viewing if there is a launch attempt Saturday.
