Shore Perspectives: Accawmacke Indians honor the past and bring unity to the present

The American Indigenous Accawmacke Indians are the only indigenous community-based non profit organization focused on healing and reinvigorating the Eastern Shore. Over the weekend, they held their second indigenous indian council summit at Indiantown Park where they honored their deep traditions while encouraging uniting people from all walks of life. Kelley visited with Accawmacke Indian, Lisa Cypress, as she shared her perspective:
