According to an article on the Delmarva now website, the Virginia Department of Health website has reported on their website that an outbreak of COVID-19 has occurred at Shore Health Care in Parksley. This is the second outbreak reported at this facility.
Officials at Shore Health Care are working closely with the Eastern Shore Health District to trace contacts and to contain the outbreak.
Another outbreak occurred at the facility in the spring.
