The Eastern Shore’s COVID-19 metrics were unmoved on Wednesday.
Virginia reported 877 additional COVID-19 test positives Wednesday morning with 80 additional probable cases.
Current confirmed COVID-19 hospitalizations increased for the second straight day, by 36 to 836 people statewide.
29 new confirmed COVID-19 deaths were reported statewide with no additional probable deaths.
Virginia processed 11,922 tests in Wednesday’s numbers for a test positive rate of 7.3%.
