Private graveside services for Mr. Lilton Upshur, also known as “Lilt” or “Smoovy” of Exmore, will be conducted on today, Friday, at 4 PM  from the Chapel of Cooper &  Humbles Funeral Co., Accomac, with Evangelist Terrence Campbell officiating.
