Funeral services for Mrs. Roxie Duncan will be held on Saturday at the Full Gospel Church in Bayview, VA with the Rev. Randy Lewis officiating. Interment will be in the Cape Charles Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 PM at the Full Gospel Church Friday evening. Arrangements by the Cornish Funeral Home.
