Funeral services for Mr. Norman Tilghman of Salisbury, MD will be held on Saturday at 12 noon at Student Services Center, Princess Anne, MD. A public viewing will be held on Friday from 6 until 8 PM at Metropolitan U.M. Church, Princess Anne, MD. Pastor Jamar Jackson will be the Eulogist.
Services are being provided by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Princess Anne, MD.
