Private funeral services for Mr. Jemel L. Toppin, also known as “Mel” of Bloxom, will be conducted on Saturday at 1PM from the Mary N. Smith Cultural &  Enrichment Center, Accomac, with Rev. Tamela P. Wise officiating. Interment will be in the Macedonia Baptist Cemetery,Bloxom.
