As a child growing up on the Eastern Shore, he never imagined he would be traveling all over the world as an adult. During his time in the military, and then professional boxing, that’s exactly what happened. This week, Kelley visited with former boxer Lynwood Jones as he reflected on lessons he’s learned throughout his journey which all reflect a life well lived.
