Library completion on schedule

The new Eastern Shore Regional Library is nearing completion.  According to Parksley Mayor Frank Russell, the finish contractor expects to complete work in the next couple of weeks and the target of opening the new facility sometime in June appears to be doable.

Russell had this to say:

The new library has been plagued with delays over the past three years and now it seems the grand opening is in sight.
