The Accomack County Sheriff’s Department is looking for an armed robber. At approximately 1:00 p.m. Monday an armed man entered the Family Dollar store at Oak Hall and proceeded to rob the cashier. The man, described as a black male, wearing black clothing and red shoes left the scene in a white Dodge Journey with Maryland tags. Maryland and Northampton County authorities have been notified.
The investigation is continuing.
