Tropical Storm winds triggered over 16,000 power outages Tuesday morning. The storm generated gusts of over 50 mph throughout the Eastern Shore, A&N Electric has crews working throughout the Shore trying to restore power. As of 11:15 a.m. 44% of the customers on the Eastern Shore were without power.
