Funeral services for Mr. Clarence Waters, Jr. of New Church, VA will be held on Saturday at 11 AM at Smith & Scott Funeral Home, Accomac, VA.  A public viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home.  Pastor Harold White will be the Eulogist.  Interment will be at Trinity Cemetery, Inc., Unionville Road, Pocomoke City, MD.  Services are being provided by the Smith & Scott Funeral Home, Accomac, Va..
