Swimmers need to beware of increasing rip currents

As Isaias makes its way up the east coast,  swimmers should avoid swimming in the ocean.  Rip currents are expected to increase in intensity as the weekend progresses.   By Sunday going into the water on the seaside should be avoided.  Swimmers can enjoy the bayside all weekend because the threat of rip currents on the bay is considerably less than on the seaside.
