Kiggans honors the late Hickman on House floor

Representative Jen Kiggans took to the floor of the US House of Representatives on Friday to honor the life of the late Phil Hickman. 

Kiggans used the time to talk about Hickman’s life, from his upbringing on the Eastern Shore, to his love of Virginia Tech Hokies football and his success as a farmer on the Shore.
