When the Campbells’ cat, Kitty Hawk, was lost in the wildlife preserve behind the Virginia Welcome Center at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel last September, the days, weeks and months which followed were full of heartache, tears, prayers, hopes, miracles and ordinary angels in the form of local residents.
