Luria leading, but there are votes yet to be counted

Congresswoman Elaine Luria ended election night with 4% lead over former congressman Scott Taylor.     Absentee and mail in ballots that have yet to be counted.   Taylor lead for most of the night but Luria passed him late in the count. The current totals, as of 7:30 AM Wednesday morning, stand at 174,873 votes for Luria and 159,568 for Taylor.

Virginia Beach voting officials plan to resume counting this morning.
