The Central Accomack Senior Softball team fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 7-1 loss to North Carolina Friday in Salisbury, N.C.  North Carolina got on the board early with a home run and a sacrifice fly in the first inning.  They went on to score three runs in the fourth inning  and three in the sixth.  Alana Shea took the loss for CALL allowing six runs on six hits and striking out four.

CALL tallied 7 hits with Haylie Justice and Jaelyn Killmon having multiple hits. North Carolina racked up 8 hits on the day.

Central Accomack will play loser of today’s Florida vs. Georgia game tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM.
