According to Sheriff Todd E. Godwin, on March 29, 2018, the Accomack County Sheriff’s Office arrested a subject in connection with the robbery that occurred on March 28, 2018 at 32522 Seaside Rd in Painter, VA.
James Logan, Sr., 34, of Accomac, Virginia was arrested and charged with Robbery, Aggravated Malicious Wounding, and Use of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony. Logan is being held at the Accomack County Jail with bond denied. Warrants have also been obtained for Warner Byrd Jr., 35, of Melfa, Virginia for Robbery, Aggravated Malicious Wounding and Use of a Firearm During the Commission of a Robbery in connection with this incident.
The Accomack County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Eastern Shore Drug Task Force.
