There will be Christmas activities in three Eastern Shore Towns tonight.
Onancock will have a Luminaria Lighting at 6:00 p.m. on Market and North Streets. This is a special holiday edition of Second Fridays. One business will win the Business Decorating Award for 2019. The North Street Playhouse will have the “Best Christmas Pageant Ever”. At 7:30 p.m.
Cape Charles will continue its Festive Fridays series with horse-drawn carriage rides, visits with Santa, free holiday movies , live local music, street performances, seasonal sales and shopping, holiday lighting and a snowy winter wonderland scene. The movie Elf will be free and get underway at 8 pm at the Historic Palace Theater.
In Onley, Santa Claus will be at the Onley Town Center from 5 until 8 p.m. in the Oyster Room. Kids are welcome to come for free pictures, hot chocolate and cookies. Coats will also be collected for the Onley Methodist Church Coat Closet.
