The candidates for state office from the Eastern Shore Senator Lynwood Lewis and his challenger Elizabeth Lankford and Delegate Rob Bloxom and his challenger Phil Hernandez discussed several issues facing the Eastern Shore and the Commonwealth at the Citizens for a Better Eastern Shore’s forum Wednesday night at Nandua High School.
The candidates were asked about changing Virginia’s composite index method for determining school funding:
