The 94th Annual Chincoteague Volunteer Fireman’s Pony Swim went off Wednesday morning without a hitch. Here is WESR’s Allen Hamilton with the call live on location:

 

The Ponies were then allowed to graze for a time to replenish the calories they burned on the swim, before they were paraded to the Chincoteague Carnival Grounds in anticipation for tomorrow’s Pony Auction. This year, the funds will go to pay for the brand new Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company Facility. Here is Allen Hamilton once again:
