Broadwater Academy had a dominant showing on Homecoming Saturday, defeating Randolph-Macon Academy 44-15.
The Vikings had a strong day on the ground, piling up 394 rushing yards and five touchdowns as multiple backs contributed to the effort. Jacob Seltzer led the team with 162 yards on 16 carries and two touchdowns, while Aiden Fuller added 130 rushing yards on nine carries and one touchdown.
Quarterback Cohen Kellam led the way through the air, completing 3 of 9 passes for 145 yards, including an 87-yard touchdown strike to Eli Destro. Kellam also added 20 rushing yards and two touchdowns on the ground.
Broadwater football is now 5-2 on the season, and will return to action Saturday at home against Blessed Sacrament. Kick off is set for 2:00 PM.
