All submissions must be mailed to or dropped off at the Congresswoman\u2019s Virginia Beach District Office, located at\u00a0283 Constitution Drive, Suite 900, Virginia Beach, VA 23462, and include a completed Student Information &amp; Release form, which can be found\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/kiggans.house.gov\/sites\/evo-subsites\/kiggans.house.gov\/files\/evo-media-document\/student-release-form.pdf\" href=\"https:\/\/kiggans.house.gov\/sites\/evo-subsites\/kiggans.house.gov\/files\/evo-media-document\/student-release-form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/kiggans.house.gov\/sites\/evo-subsites\/kiggans.house.gov\/files\/evo-media-document\/student-release-form.pdf&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1678990881874000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0f2P3KapFYTj-zDZYn2UCP\">here<\/a>. The winning piece of art\u00a0will hang in the U.S. Capitol for one year, the second-place\u00a0entry will hang in Kiggans\u2019 Washington D.C. office for one year, and the third-place piece will hang in Kiggaans\u2019 Virginia Beach office for one year.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congresswoman Kiggans will also be holding a \u2018People\u2019s Choice Award\u2019 on her Facebook page, where constituents are encouraged to vote for their favorite artwork. The student who receives the most votes for the People\u2019s Choice Award will also get to have their artwork on display in one of the Congresswoman\u2019s district offices for one year.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Started in 1982, the Congressional Art Competition is an annual contest run by the U.S. House of Representatives where high school students from across the country are invited to showcase their artistic abilities.
