Funeral services for Mr. Wayne Lee Toppin, also known as “Top Cat” of Onley, will be conducted on Sunday at 12 PM from St. Luke AME Church, Daugherty, with Rev. Queen Esther Snell officiating. Interment WB in the Fairview Lawn Cemetery, Onancock. Family and friends may call on Friday from 2-3PM at the funeral home.
