
Mrs. Robin Milliner Kellam, 80, widow of John T. Kellam III and a resident of Onancock, Virginia passed away peacefully early Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Commonwealth Senior Living at the Eastern Shore in Onancock.
Robin was born in Nassawadox, Virginia and was the second of four daughters of the late Robert E. Milliner and Norma Lee Milliner. She was raised in Onancock and attended Onancock High School. Robin returned to the Eastern Shore soon after the birth of her son, John Harris, and lived and worked there the rest of her life. She was a long-term employee of Shore Savings and Loan through its transition to Shore Savings Bank and then spent the rest of her career managing the office for her family’s three businesses.
Robin grew up attending Market Street United Methodist Church and was a passionate caregiver and devoted supporter of her family and the local community. She volunteered her accounting services to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, was a longtime member of Eastern Shore Alzheimer’s Leadership Council, and a committee member for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Memory Walk/Walk to End Alzheimer’s on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
She is survived by her son, John Harris Kellam and his wife, Anne Godwin Kellam, and her granddaughters, Meridith Kellam and Parker Kellam Murphy and husband, Troy. She is also survived by one sister, Polly Ransone and husband, Emmett, of Onancock; her niece, Jessica Ransone Slater and husband, Jared, of Richmond, VA; her nephew, David Ziegler and wife, Hillary, of Henrico, VA; her great-niece, Audrey Paige Slater; two great-nephews, Owen and Aaron Ziegler; and friend and companion, Gerald Davis.
Funeral services will be held at Market Street Methodist Church, in Onancock, on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., with The Reverend Ray Daisey officiating.
