A memorial service for Othel Louis Cooksey, Sr., will be held Saturday, May 18th at 1 PM at Modest Town Baptist Church, 16508 Metompkin Road in Modest Town, Va. Pastor Cody Ramsey will be officiating. Services are being provided by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Salisbury, Md.
