Muriel “Penny” Dowell of Chincoteague passed away January 10th peacefully at home. Funeral services will be at St. Peter’s the Apostle Catholic Church Monday, March 10th at 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Riverside Hospice or the SPCA.
