Neal, also known as “Dorothy Mae” of Onancock, will be conducted on Saturday at 3PM from St. John Baptist Church, Onancock, with Pastor Quintavion Washington officiating. Interment will bein the Wharton Cemetery, Parksley. Family and friends may call on Friday from 12-1 PM at the funeral home.
