Funeral services for Mrs. Carol A. Collins, also known as “Pinky” of Delmar, DE,  will be conducted Saturday at 3PM from Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Princess Anne, MD, with Rev. Gary Miller officiating. Interment will be  in the Mt. Hope Baptist Church
