Funeral services for Mr. Louis “Lou” Bailey, Jr., of Parksley will be conducted Saturday at 1:00 PM from Cooper and Humbles Funeral Co., Accomac.  Rev. Harold F. White, Sr., officiant.  Interment will be in the Wharton Cemetery, Parksley.  Family and friends may call on Friday from 4:00 until 5:00 PM at the funeral home and again from 12:00 to 1:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.  Arrangements by the Cooper & Humbles Fune ral Co., Accomac.
