Funeral services for Mr. Keon L. Townsend, also known as “Kedro” of Horntown, will be conducted on Thursday at 3PM from Refuge Temple Outreach Ministries, New Church, with Bishop Janice Sutton officiating. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 2PM until 3PM at the church.
