Frances Outten Wyatt of Exmore

Frances Outten Wyatt, 95, wife of the late Linwood Walton Wyatt, Jr. and a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Friday, November 19, 2021, at her residence. A native of Makemie Park, VA, she was the daughter of the late Otho T. Outten and the late Vivian Mister Outten. She attended Exmore Baptist Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Linda W. Blake and her husband, Wayne, of Richmond, VA, Joyce W. Ragusa of Exmore, and Jane W. Baker and her husband, Tom, of Claypool, IN; a brother, Frederick Thomas Outten of Covington, KY; a sister, Mariam Holland, of Pocomoke City, MD; two grandchildren, Michael and Casie; three great grandchildren, Kyle, Adriana, and Noah; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Otho Franklin Outten.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, November 22, 2021, at 2:00PM at Doughty Funeral Home with Pastor Jonathan Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Haven Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted.
