Eric was also an avid gardener and a talented, self-taught musician. He thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors, traveling, tinkering on old trucks and tractors, listening to bluegrass music, and spending time with his loving family and friends.

In addition to his wife, survivors include a son, Eric A. White and wife, Natalia of Chincoteague; two daughters, Andrea W. Gonzales of Bloxom and Alison W. Parks and husband, Mickey of Onancock; four grandchildren, Jasmine Gonzales, Isabel Gonzales, Emma White and Addison Parks; a nephew, Steven Wescott; and several cousins, friends and church family members.
