Elsie Waters

Funeral services for Elsie Waters of Pocomoke City will be held Saturday 1/20 at 11 a.m. at the Bennie Smith Life Celebration Center in Salisbury Md.  A public viewing will be held two hours prior to the service at the Center.  Pastor Carroll Mills will be the eulogist. Interment will be at Tindley’s Cemetery in Pocomoke City.  Services are being provided by the Bennie Smith Funeral Home in Salisbury.
