Charles Richard “Dickie” Kellam Sr.

A service celebrating the life of Charles Richard “Dickie” Kellam, Sr., of Keller, will be conducted from the chapel of the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home on Thursday afternoon at 2, with The Reverend Bobby Parks officiating.
