Funeral service for Mr. Charles E. Scarborough, also known as “Charlie Boy” of Painter, will be conducted on Saturday at 11AM from Herbert Baptist Church, Wachapreague, with Rev. Dr. Frank Morris officiating. Interment WB in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery, Exmore. Family and friends may call on Friday from 4 to 5 at the funeral home.
