The Arcadia Firebirds basketball team traveled to Salisbury to play Crisfield in the Governor’s Challenge basketball tournament. The Firebirds won the game 56–53. With the win, the Firebirds improved to 4-3 and will return to action on Monday to play Mardela in the tournament.
Friday
The Nandua Lady Warriors basketball team traveled to Crisfield on Friday to play the Crisfield team. The Lady Warriors won 52–28, improving to 3-4 on the season. They will return to action on Saturday at Crisfield, where they will play Snow Hill at 2 p.m.
The Arcadia Lady Firebirds basketball team traveled to Crisfield on Friday to play Washington. The Lady Firebirds won 47–17, improving to 3-3 on the season. They will return to action on Saturday, playing Crisfield at 11 a.m. at Crisfield.
