Nandua’s Ibarra finishes strong at VHSL State Golf Championship

Nandua High School senior Toryn Ibarra represented the Warriors at the VHSL Class 2 State Golf Championship held Monday, October 14th, at Hobbs Hole Golf Course in Tappahannock. Competing against a talented field of 60 of the best golfers from across Virginia, Ibarra delivered an impressive performance, finishing tied for 15th overall with a solid score of 77.

Ibarra earned his trip to the state championship by placing second at regionals. His top-15 finish at the state level marks one of the strongest performances by a Nandua golfer in recent years.
