The Nandua High School cheerleading team traveled to Richmond for the VHSL cheerleading competition held at the Siegel Center at VCU. The Nandua Warriors finished in 4th place in the 2A competition.
Graham came in 1st place, Glenvar came in 2nd place, and Fort Defiance in 3rd place.
Members of the team are Madison Annis, Jai’lah Bailey, Jaziyah Byrd, MaKayla Crockett, Abigail Decker, Shamiyah Fitchett, I’Ta’Nashia Jackson, Makiyah Joynes, Brittany Marshall and Forlanda Snead. The Nandua Cheer Coaches are Joy Phillips, Grayson Cooper-Parks, and David Mamahit.
