Nandua, Arcadia Athletes Earn All-Region Recognition Following Standout Seasons

Several Eastern Shore athletes have earned All-Region honors following outstanding performances during the 2026 spring sports season, highlighted by district award winners and some of the Shore’s top statistical performers.

In boys soccer, Nandua senior forward Kevin Tinoco, who was previously named District Player of the Year, earned All-Region First Team recognition. Tinoco paced the Warriors’ offense with 16 goals and four assists, averaging 1.6 goals per match and finishing the season with 34 points.

Three additional Nandua players earned All-Region Second Team honors. Junior forward Carl Fils-Aime and junior midfielder Antonio Martino each scored four goals and finished with eight points during the season, while senior defender Liam Aigner helped anchor the Warriors’ back line.

On the baseball diamond, Nandua freshman outfielder Orion Loredo earned All-Region Second Team honors after one of the most impressive debut seasons on the Eastern Shore. Loredo batted .492 with a .587 on-base percentage while collecting 30 hits, 31 RBIs, 30 runs scored, five home runs, 11 walks and nine stolen bases.

Arcadia’s softball program was well represented on the All-Region teams following another successful season. Sophomore Ryann Giddins earned First Team honors after a dominant campaign that saw her named District Player of the Year. Giddins batted .600 with a .667 on-base percentage and a 1.145 slugging percentage. She led the Firebirds with 36 runs scored, 33 hits, 20 RBIs, 10 doubles, seven triples, two home runs and 13 stolen bases while also posting a 1.89 earned run average in the pitching circle.

Senior outfielder Megan Montross joined Giddins on the All-Region First Team. Montross batted .408 during the season and tied for the team lead with five doubles.

Arcadia also placed two players on the All-Region Second Team. Sophomore shortstop Brinlee Kauthen put together one of the Shore’s top offensive seasons, batting .610 with 36 hits, 26 RBIs, five doubles, four triples and 11 stolen bases. Junior designated player Payton Taylor earned recognition after posting a .476 on-base percentage, scoring 22 runs, driving in 16 runs and recording a .995 fielding percentage.
