Girls Basketball
The Chincoteague Lady Ponies basketball team traveled to play Holly Grove on Monday night, where they lost by a score of 43–26. The Lady Ponies fall to 0–2 on the season and will return to action on Wednesday as they host the Broadwater Vikings.
The Nandua Lady Warriors basketball team hosted Cambridge South Dorchester on Monday night, losing by a score of 55–11. The Lady Warriors fall to 1–2 on the season and will return to action on Wednesday as they travel to Salisbury Christian.
The Broadwater Lady Vikings basketball team traveled to play Atlantic Shores on Monday night, where they lost by a score of 36–25. The Lady Vikings fall to 2–1 on the season and will return to action on Wednesday as they travel to Chincoteague.
Boys Basketball
The Northampton Yellow Jackets basketball team traveled to Mathews on Monday night, winning by a score of 67–63. The Yellow Jackets improve to 1–4 on the season and will be in action again on Saturday as they play Maury.
The Chincoteague Ponies basketball team traveled to Holly Grove on Monday night, winning by a score of 52–47. The Ponies improve to 2–0 on the season and will return to action on Wednesday as they host the Broadwater Vikings.
