Holly Grove’s elementary team has won the world championship in archery competition for the third straight time.  The Holly Grove team came from behind to defeat Kirksville Elementary  of Ohio.   Fifth grader Dalton Presley, a first year archer for the Eagles shot his personal best scoring 45 points more than he ever had before. to put the Eagles over the top.  Presley had a total score of 266 points which put him second overall in the boys division.   In the elementary  girls division Katelyn Eby scored 250 points placing fifth.  Samantha Porter a rising seventh grader finished third in the middle school girls division with 281. Sixth grader Jarrett Nelson placed fourth in the elementary boys division scoring 260.

The Holly Grove middle school team placed second in the competition as well.
