In what was no surprise to anyone following the Senior League World Series, Hawaii defeated Curacao 11-0 to take the crown. Hawaii cleaned up in the regionals and kept it up in the SLWS.  Virginia was defeated in the opening game by Hawaii 12-4.

Interestingly enough Hawaii scored 58 runs in the SLWS and allowed 5.  CALL scored 4 of the 5 runs allowed by Hawaii. Hawaii’s pitchers were practically perfect, their defense was solid and their bats were hot during both the regionals and the World Series.

Congratulations on a well earned title by Hawaii.
