Girls’ Basketball
The Broadwater Lady Vikings hosted Isle of Wight on Friday night, securing a 38-31 victory. With the win, the Lady Vikings improve to 7-4 and will return to action on Tuesday, traveling to Greenbrier Christian.
The Nandua Lady Warriors faced Salisbury Christian on the road Friday night but fell 37-26. With the loss, the Lady Warriors drop to 6-7 and will look to bounce back on Tuesday when they host Arcadia.
The Northampton Lady Yellow Jackets hosted Charles City in a close game but came up short, falling 32-30. The Lady Yellow Jackets fall to 1-6 and will return to action on Monday, hosting Snow Hill.
Boys’ Basketball
The Nandua Warriors traveled to Salisbury Christian on Thursday night and earned a 76-54 victory. With the win, the Warriors improve to 6-6 and will take the court again on Tuesday when they host Arcadia.
The Northampton Yellow Jackets hosted Charles City on Friday and dominated with an 89-37 victory. Northampton improves to 4-9 and will return to play on Monday, hosting Snow Hill.
