Eastern Shore All-District Teams named for fall sports

The Eastern Shore’s top football players and volleyball athletes have been named to the All-District Teams, with standout players also earning Player of the Year honors. Here’s a look at the outstanding athletes across both sports for the 2024 season:

Football: 1st Team All-Region Honors

Offensive Unit – 1st Team

The Offensive Player of the Year is Khaidn Davis of Northampton, who has proven himself a force on the field as both a running back and kick returner. David finished the season with 132 carries for 830 yards and 10 rushing touchdowns. He also had 5 catches for 106 yards and another recieving touchdown. He added another touchdown on an 85 yard kick off return as well. The junior has twice been named the Bojangles Player of the Game this season on WESR broadcasts.

Defensive Unit – 1st Team

On the defensive side, Jeremiah White of Northampton was named Defensive Player of the Year for his standout performances throughout the season. White finished the season with 42 total tackles, 3 tackles for a loss and 2 interceptions. His impact as a defensive back and all-around player was critical to Northampton’s success this season.
