The defending State Champion Northampton Boys Soccer team fell this morning in the 1A State Tournament Semi-finals in Salem to the Galax Maroon Tide 2-1 in overtime.
The Jackets lone goal came from Diego Montalvo.
The girls team held a stout Auburn squad scoreless until half before ultimately falling 6-0 Friday afternoon. This loss ends spring sports on the Eastern Shore for the year.
