Broadwater volleyball tops Chincoteague in Wednesday night action

The Broadwater Vikings earned a straight-set victory over the Chincoteague Ponies on Tuesday night, winning 25-22, 25-6, 25-13.

Tatum Watson led the way for the Vikings with 6 kills and an impressive 11 aces. Broadwater improved to 6-2 on the season and will return to action Thursday when they travel to Atlantic Shores.

Chincoteague dropped to 0-4 and will look to bounce back on Saturday with a tri-match against Peninsula Catholic and Middlesex.
