The Broadwater Academy Vikings earned a straight-set victory over Holly Grove on Tuesday night, winning 3–0 by scores of 25-22, 25-23, and 25-22.
Mariah Moore led the Vikings’ attack with 8 kills, while Tatum Watson added 5 kills. Miranda Smith contributed 4 kills and 3 blocks, and Carly Williams also recorded 4 kills in the win.
Setter Caroline Caison turned in a strong all-around performance with 1 kill, 4 aces, 1 block, 7 digs, and 14 assists. Rylee Hall added 2 kills, 2 aces, 1 block, 12 digs, and 10 assists, helping Broadwater control the match from start to finish.
With the victory, Broadwater is now 10-8 on the season. They will play Atlantic Shores Tuesday night.
